At Duty Gear Supply, we will never overcharge you on shipping. Instead, we have a very standard shipping protocol –shipping is based on the dollar amount of your order and is calculated automatically. It’s important to remember that shipping charges will not be added to your shopping cart until checkout and all orders over $150 receive free shipping in the continental United States. Duty Gear Supply Standard Shipping
All orders are received and processed at our Florida warehouse on a daily basis, except Saturday, Sundays, and holidays. If your order is received before 12:00 pm, we will do our very best to ship your order out the same day. Orders received after 12:00 pm on a work day will be shipped the next business day. During peak seasons, holidays, etc., we respectfully request an additional 2 to 3 business days to process your order.
We Ship UPS Ground, US Postal Priority Mail, DHL, or Fed-Ex
We do our best to ship in-stock items in the fastest manner possible. To do this, we use a variety of shipping companies including UPS Ground, US Postal Priority Mail, DHL, and Fed-Ex. Most items will ship together, but some items may have to ship separately. When this occurs, it can take an additional 4 to 10 business days for delivery in the continental United States.
How we Handle Backorders
Backorders are rare, but it can happen. When this happens, we will order the item from the manufacturer and then ship the item as soon as we receive it in our Florida warehouse. Delivery schedules for backordered items can vary from 2 to 4 weeks.
Duty Gear Supply Return Policy
We have created this business to support tactical operators and first responders. To make sure everyone has the best shopping experience possible, we have an easy to understand and use return and exchange policy.
First, all merchandise purchased from our online store is returnable. However, to qualify for a return, you must follow the following return merchandise guidelines.
- Returns are only accepted for 30 days after you received the item
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Contact our customer service team at 561-427-0974 to receive an RMA#
- Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without an RMA#
- Once you receive your RMA#, follow the instructions to return your merchandise to Duty Gear Supply in the designated timeframe
When we receive your return merchandise, we will either issue you an exchange or refund your money. All returned items are subject to a 20-percent restocking fee. Additionally, we will deduct the shipping costs and the amount it cost us to ship the item back to our supplier or distributer.
